Identity Protection: I do not disclose the names or locations of my clients to anyone.
Digital Privacy: I do not research my clients. My relationship with you begins and ends with the care of your property.
Zero-Trace Entry: Unless requested, my presence in your home is silent and non-intrusive. I do not explore or touch anything outside the scope of our agreed-upon task.

The "No Job Too Small" Promise: Whether I am checking a $5 million estate in Stonington or watering the begonias for a weekend in Waterford, the task receives the same executive-level attention to detail.
Direct Communication: You deal only with me. No subcontractors.
Transparent Verification: I use simple, direct reporting. You will receive a notification the moment I arrive and the moment I depart, with only the essential details you require.
3. Ethical Conduct
Conflict of Interest: I do not accept kickbacks from vendors. If I recommend a plumber or a landscaper, it is because I believe in their work, not because I profit from the referral.
The Sanctuary Rule: I treat your home with the same reverence and respect of an invited visitor. My goal is for you to return to your home and find it exactly as you left it—only better.
